Ask the first person that pops into your head how you can pray for them specifically...and then pray specifically. Not just a five-second "Jesus, please help them," but an intentional prayer. Put thought into it.

Whether it’s that recipe for cookies you haven’t yet worked up the nerve to try or that art project you’re unsure of taking on, this week make the decision to go for it. Get messy and make mistakes. Most importantly, have fun.

Orally Encourage Someone by your Words

Sometimes it’s easier to encourage through writing than in person. This week, challenge yourself to orally encourage someone by your words.
